This Privacy Policy explains how Devent Inc. ("Devent Games", "we", "us") handles information when you visit deventgames.com (the "Site"). Our games run on Roblox, and gameplay data there is governed by Roblox's own policies (see "Our games on Roblox" below).

• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers contact form messages to our inbox.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Our games on Roblox

Our games are played on the Roblox platform. Roblox collects and processes player data under the Roblox Privacy Policy. Within our games we only access the information Roblox makes available to developers, such as usernames, user IDs, and in-game progress, and we use it solely to operate the games.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and our contact form requires you to confirm that you are over 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep information

We keep contact form messages only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record keeping, then delete them.
